After notification and public hearing a specified by law on the
application of Mr. Michael Martinez for a use permit and approval of
plans to allow a water slide facility on property known as 2885 S.
Winchester Boulevard in an Interim (Commercial) Zoning District, as
per application filed in the Office of the Planning Department on
September 19, 1979, and after presentation by the Planning Director,
proponents and opponents, the hearing was closed. (UP 79-27)
