CAMPBELL AVENUE IN A P-D (PLANNED DEVELOPMENT/COMMERCIAL) ZONING DISTRICT (APPLICATION OF REV. GLORIA MEDINA, PD 79-10). Plans, elevations and development schedule for converting an existing residence into a metaphysical-spiritual deve.opment center to be located on property known as 824 East Campbell Avenue in a P-D (Planned Development/ Commercial) Zoning District have been presented for approval by Rev. Gloria Medina. After notification and public hearing as specified by Zaw on said proposed amendments, as filed in the Office of the Planning Department on August 27, 1979, and after presentation by the Planning Director, proponents and opponents, the hearing was closed. After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Planning Commission did find as follows: 1. That the public hearing on this application had been continued from the meeting of October 2, 1 979, in order that the applicant could submit revised plans showing the proposed widening of the intersection at Campbell and Union Avenues; and 2. Based on the above findings, the P1an.:ing Corrmtission recommends that the City Council deny said plans, elevations, and development schedule for that portion of the above mentioned P1arned Development Zone.
