AVENUE IN A P-D (PLANNED DEVELOPMENT/COMMERCIAL)
ZONING DISTRICT (APPLICATION OF REV. GLORIA
MEDINA, PD 79-10).
Plans, elevations and development schedule for converting an existing

After notification and public hearing as specified by Zaw on said
proposed amendments, as filed in the Office of the Planning Department on
August 27, 1979, and after presentation by the Planning Director, proponents
and opponents, the hearing was closed.
After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Planning Commission
did find as follows:
1. That the public hearing on this application had been continued
