After notification and public hearing as specified by law on the
application of Mr. Jack Haigh and Syufy Enterprises for a use permit and
approval of plans to allow the addition of a screen and projection booth
to an existing drive-in on property known as 535 Westchester Drive in an
M-1-S (Light Industrial) Zoning District, as per application filed in the
Office of the Planning Department rn April 27, 1979, and after presentation
by the Planning Director, proponents, and opponents, the hearing was closed
(UP 79-15).
After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Commission did
find as follows:
1. The item should be remc~~ed fror;> the age:?dx pe,• ~;•e applicant's
request for withdrawal.
Based on the above findings, the Planning Commission does hereby
deny without prejudice the requested use permit.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of October, 1979, by the following
roll call vote:
