PC Res 1822RESOLUTION N0. 1822 BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL SETTING THE DATE OF A PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER A ZONE CHANGE FROM P-F (PUBLIC FACILITIES) TO R-3-S (HIGH DENSITY RESIDENTIAL) AND 0-S (OPEN SPACE OVERLAY)FOR PROPERTY KNOWN AS 480 E. HAMILTON AVENUE AS PROPOSED BY MR. DOUGLAS NELSON ON BEHALF OF THE L. B. NELSON CORPORATION (PUBLIC HEARING INITIATED BY THE CITY OF CAMPBELL).(ZC 79-7) The Planning Commission of the City of Campbell does hereby set the hour of 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, October 16, 1979, in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, 75 North Central Avenue, Campbell, California, as the time and place for public hearing to consider a zone change from P-F (Public Facilities) to R-3-S (High Density Residential) and 0-S (Open Space Overlay} for property known as 480 E. Hamilton Avenue as proposed by Mr. Douglas Nelson on behalf of the L. B. Nelson Corporation. The Planning Commission of the City of Campbell hereby authorizes the Secretary of the Planning Commission to publish notice of hearing on this matter, in the manner prescribed by law.
