BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL SETTING THE DATE OF A PUBLIC HEARING
TO CONSIDER A CITY-INITIATED ZONE CHANGE FROM P-F
(PUBLIC FACILITIES) TO P-D (PLANNED DEVELOPMENT/
PROFESSIONAL OFFICE AND HIGH DENSITY RESIDENTIAL)
FOR PROPERTY KNOWN AS 51 E. CAMPBELL AVENUE. (ZC 79-8}
The Planning Commission of the City of Campbell does hereby set the
hour of 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, October 16, 1979, in the Council Chambers
of the City Hall, 75 North Central Avenue, Campbell, California, as the
time and place for public hearing to consider a City-initiated zone change
from P-F (Public Facilities) to P-D (Planned Development/Professional Office
and High Density Residential) for property known as 51 E. Campbell Avenue.
The Planning Commission of the City of C~~mpbell hereby authorizes the
Secretary of the Planning Comnission.o publish notice of hearing on this
matter, in the manner prescribed by law.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of September, 1979, by the following
roll call vote:
