BEING A PESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDING
AMENDMENTS TO THE LAND USE ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN FROM
"PUBLIC,SEMI-PUBLIC" TO "PROFESSIONAL OFFICE AND HIGH DENSITY
RESIDENTIAL" FOR PROPERTY KNOWN AS 51 E. CAMPBELL AVENUE.

After notification and public hearing as specified by law on proposed
amendments to the Land Use Element of the General Plan from "Public, Semi-
public" to "Professional Office and High Density Residential" for property
known as 51 E. Campbell Avenue, and after presentation by the Planning
Director, proponents and opponents, the hearing was closed.
After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Planning
Commission does find as follows:
1. The proposed "Professional Office and High Density Residential"
land use would be compatible with the existing development.
2. The proposed changes are in the best interest of the City of
Campbell.
The Planning Commission does hereby adopt a Resolution recommending
that the City Council adopt the Ordinance attached hereto as Exhibit "A"
making effective the proposed amendments.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of September, 1979, by the following
roll call vote:
AYES: Commissioners: Meyer, Dickson, Campos, Pack, Kasolas,
Samuelson
NOES: Commissioners: None
ABSENT: Commissioners: Vierhus
