PC Res 1815RESOLUTION N0. 1815 BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL CERTIFYING AS COMPLETE AN ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT FOR A SENIOR CITIZENS HOUSING COMPLEX PROPOSED FOR PROPERTY KNOWN AS 260-400 W. RINCOPI AVEilUE (APPLICATION OF MR. JOHN BURNS AND THE SANTA CLARA COUNTY HOUSING AUTHORITY, EIR 79-1). A Draft Environmental Impact Report and a supplement to that report for a senior citizens housing complex proposed for property known as 260-400 W. Rincon Avenue in a P-D (Planned Development/Medium Density Residential) Zoning District has been presented for approval by Mr. John Burns and the Santa Clara County Housing Authority and Mr. Stan Kulakow and the firm of Creegan and D'Angelo. After notification and public hearing as specified by law on said report as filed in the Office of the Planning Department on July 12, 1979 ,and August 30, 1979, and after presentation by the Planning Director, proponents and opponents, the hearing was closed. After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Planning Commission did find as follows: The Draft Environmental Impact Report as supplemented is complete.
