BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF CAMPBELL SETTING THE DATE OF A PUBLIC
HEARING TO CONSIDER PREZONING CERTAIN PROPERTIES
WHICH ARE BEING PROPOSED FOR ANNEXATION TO THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL UNDER PROVISIONS OF THE MLINICIPAL
ORGANIZATION ACT OF 1977 (MORGA).
The Planning Commission of the City of Campbell does hereby set
the hour of 7:30 p. m. on Tuesday, September 11, 1979, in the Council Chambers
of the City Hall, 75 North Central Avenue, Campbell, California, as the time
and place for public hearing to consider prezoning certain properties which
are being proposed for annexation to the City of Campbell under provisions of
the Municipal Organization Act of 1977 (MORGA).
The Planning Commission of the City of Campbell hereby authorizes
the Secretary of the Planning Commission to publish notice of hearing on
this matter, in the manner prescribed by law.
