BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL CLOSING THE PUBLIC
HEARING ON GP 76-2-C.
After notification and public hearing as specified by law on the
application of the City of Campbell to consider the future use of the
Campbell Elementary School site located on property known as 51 E.
Campbell Avenue (GP 76-2-C), and after presentation by the Planning
Director, the hearing was closed.
After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Commission
did find as follows:
1. That this item has been on the agenda since January 22, 1976,
and may not be considered a valid public hearing if challenged.
2. That this item will be reagendized for a public hearing
under a new number (GP 79-6), and have a new public hearing
date set for September 18, 1979.
Based on these findings, the Planning Commission does hereby close
the public hearing on GP 76-2-C in order that this matter may be removed
from the agenda.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of August, 1979, by the following
roll call vote:
AYES: Commissioners: Dickson, Campos, Pack, Vierhus, Kasolas,
Samuelson
NOES: Commissioners: None
