PC Res 1792RESOLUTION N0. 17 92 BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF PLANS, ELEVATIONS, AND DEVELOPMENT SCHEDULE TO ALLOW CONSTRUCTION OF A 104-UNIT SENIOR CITIZEN HOUSING COMPLEX ON PROPERTY KNOWN AS 250 BUDD AVENUE IN A P-D (PLANNED DEVELOPMENT/HIGH DENSITY RESIDENTIAL) ZONING DISTRICT (APPLICATION OF MR. ROBERT L. MCKEE AND CORINTHIAN HOUSE, INC., PD 79-3). Plans, elevations and development schedule for construction of 104-unit senior citizen housing complex to be located on property known as 250 Budd Avenue in a P-D (Planned Development/High Density Residential) Zoning District have been presented for approval by Mr. Robert L. McKee and Corinthian House, Inc. After notification and public hearing as specified by law on said proposed amendments, as filed in the Office of the Planning Department on March 22, 1979, and after presentation by the Planning Director, proponents, and opponents, the hearing was closed. After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Planning Commission did find as follows: That the establishment, maintenance, and operation of the proposed use will not be detrimental to the health, safety, peace, morals, comfort or general welfare of the persons residing or working in the neighborhood of such use, or detrimental or injurious to property and improvements in the neighborhood or the general welfare of the City. Based on the above findings, the Planning Commission did recommend approval of plans, elevations, and development schedule as presented and further recommends that the City Council enact the Ordinance attached hereto as Exhibit "A", adopting said plans, elevations, and development schedule for that portion of the above mentioned Planned Development Zone.
