PLANNING COMMISSION
CITY OF CAMPBELL, CALIFORNIA
After notification and public hearing as specified by law on the
application of Mr. Daniel Gallagher on behalf of Mr. Charles Hill for
a use permit to allow an auto showroom and parking lot on property
known as 46 East Campbell Avenue and 37 South Fourth Street in a P-D
(Planned Development/Commercial) Zoning District, as per application
filed in the Office of the Planning Department, 75 North Central Avenue,
Campbell, California, on March 9, 1979, and after presentation by the
Planning Director, the hearing was closed.
After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Commission
did find as follows:
1. The applicant has withdrawn the application.
Based on this finding, the Planning Commission does hereby deny
without prejudice the application as hereinabove requested.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of April, 1979, by the following
roll call vote:
AYES: Commissioners: Meyer, Dickson, Campos, Pack, Kasolas,
Samuelson
NOES: Commissioners: None
ABSENT: Commissioners: Vierhus
