PLANNING COMMISSION
CITY OF CAMPBELL, CALIFORNIA
After notification and public hearing as specified by law on the
application of Mr. Robert Raffanti fora use permit and approval of
plans to remodel the exterior of a building located on property known
as 260 & 266 East Campbell Avenue, in a P-D (Planned Development/
Commercial) Zoning District, as per application filed in the Office of
the Planning Department 75 North Central Avenue, Campbell, California,
on February 26, 1979, and after presentation by the Planning Director,
the hearing was closed.
After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Commission
did find as follows:
1. The applicant has withdrawn the application.
Based on this finding, the Planning Commission does hereby deny
without prejudice the application as hereinabove requested.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of April, 1979, by the following
roll call vote:
AYES: Commissioners: Meyer, Dickson, Campos, Pack, Kasolas,
Samuelson
NOES: Commissioners: None
ABSENT: Commissioners: Vierhus
