BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNIf~G COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL RECOMMENDING A TEXT
AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 21.06, ENTITLED PLANNED
DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT, OF THE CAMPBELL MUNICIPAL
CODE. (TA 79-1)
After notification and public hearing as specified by law on
proposed City initiated amendments to Chapter 21.06, entitled Planned
Development District, of the Campbell Municipal Code, and after pre-
sentation by the Planning Director, proponents and opponents, the
hearing was closed.
After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Planning
Commission does find as follows:
1. The proposed amendment to Chapter 21.06, entitled Planned
Development District, of the Campbell Municipal Code,
clarifies the requirement for submission of development
plans when a P-D zoning district is established.
2. The proposed amendment is in the best interest of the
City of Campbell.
The Planning Commission does hereby recommend that the City Council
adopt the ordinance attached hereto as Exhibit A enacting the necessary
legislation to make the proposed text amendment effective.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of March, 1979, by the following
roll call vote:

NOES: Commissioners: Vierhus, Kasolas, Samuelson
