PC Res 1762RESOLUTION N0. 1762 BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF PLANS, ELEVATIONS, AND DEVELOPMENT SCHEDULE TO ALLOW CON- STRUCTION OF A FAST FOOD RESTAURANT WITH DRIVE-THRU WINDOW ON PROPERTY KNOWN AS 771 W. HAMILTON AVENUE IN A P-D (PLANNED DEVELOPMENT/COMMERCIAL) ZONING DISTRICT. (APPLICATION OF MR. ROGER K. KNIGHT AND THE ARTHUR DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, PD 78-23). Plans, elevations and development schedule for construction of a fast food restaurant to be located on property known as 771 W. Hamilton in a P-D (Planned Development/Commercial) Zoning District have been pre- sented for approval by Mr. Roger K. Knight and the Arthur Development Company. After notification and public hearing as specified by law on said proposed amendments, as filed in the Office of the Planning Department on November 10, 1978, and after presentation by the Planning Director, proponents, and opponents, the hearing was closed After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Planning Commission did find as follows: That the establishment, maintenance, and operation of the proposed use will not be detrimental to the health, safety, peace, morals, comfort or general welfare of the persons residing or working in the neighborhood of such use, or detrimental or injurious to property and improve- ments in the neighborhood or the general welfare of the city. Based on the above findings, the Planning Commission did recommend approval of plans, elevations, and development schedule as presented and further recommends that the City Council enact the Ordinance attached hereto as Exhibit "A", adopting said plans, elevations, and development schedule for that portion of the above mentioned Planned Development Zone.
