BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL RECOMMENDING APPROVAL
OF PLANS, ELEVATIONS, AND DEVELOPMENT SCHEDULE
TO ALLOW CONSTRUCTION OF 36 PATIO HOMES ON
PROPERTY KtJOWN AS 595 UNION AVENUE IN A P-D
(PLANNED DEVELOPMENT/LOW-MEDIUM DENSITY
RESIDENTIAL) ZONING DISTRICT. (APPLICATION
OF MAY INVESTMENT COMPANY, PD 78-24.)
Plans, elevations and development schedule for construction of
36 patio homes to be located on property known as 595 Union Avenue
in a P-D (Planned Development/Low-Medium Density Residential) Zoning
District have been presented for approval by the May Investment Company.
After notification and public hearing as specified by law on said
proposed amendments, as filed in the Office of the Planning Department
on November 20, 1978, and after presentation by the Planning Director,
proponents, and opponents, the hearing was closed.
After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Planning
Commission did find as follows:
That the establishment, maintenance, and operation of
the proposed use will not be detrimental to the health,
safety, peace, morals, comfort or general welfare of the
persons residing or working in the neighborhood of such
use, or detrimental or injurious to property and improve-
ments in the neighborhood or the general welfare of the
City.
Based on the above findings, the Planning Commission did recommend
approval of plans, elevations, and development schedule as presented and
further recommends that the City Council enact the Ordinance attached
hereto, adopting said plans, elevations, and development schedule for that
portion of the above mentioned Planned Development Zone.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of January, 1979, by the following
