BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL RECOMMENDING APPROVAL
OF PLANS, ELEVATIONS, AND DEVELOPMENT SCHEDULE
TO ALLOW CONVERSION OF PART OF A RESIDENCE INTO
OFFICES ON PROPERTY KNOWN AS 142 N. CENTRAL AVENUE
(APPLICATION OF MR. GILBERT DALE CORONA, PD 78-22)•
Plans, elevations and development schedule for conversion of part of a
residence into offices to be located on property known as 142 N. Central
Avenue in a P-D (Planned Development/Office--Low-Medium Density Residential)
Zoning District have been presented for approval by Mr. Gilbert Dale Corona.
After notification and public hearing as specified by law on said pro-
posed amendments, as filed in the Office of the Planning Department, proponents,
and opponents, the hearing was closed.
After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Planning Commission
did find as follows:
' That the establishment, maintenance, and operation of
the proposed use will not be detrimental to the health,
safety, peace, morals, comfort or general welfare of the
persons residing or working in the neighborhood of such
use, or detrimental or injurious to property and improve-
ments in the neighborhood or the general welfare of the
City.
Based on the above findings, the Planning Commission did recommend
approval of plans, elevations, and development schedule as presented and
further recommends that the City Council enact the Ordinance attached hereto,
adopting said plans, elevations, and development schedule for that portion of
the above mentioned Planned Development Zone.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of November 1978 by the following roll
call vote:
