BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANPJING COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL RECOMMENDING PREZONING
OF PROPERTIES UNDER PROCEEDINGS KNOWN AS ZC 78-19
TO PROFESSIONAL OFFICE (1500 E. HAMILTON AVENUE);
AND SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ( 411 N. LEIGH
AVENUE; 1463, 14u1 AND 1495 PICADILLY PLACE).
After notification and public hearing as specified by law on proposed
amendments to the Zoning Map of the City of Campbell and after presentation
by the Planning Director, proponents, and opponents, the Planning Commission
did determine that the change as shown in Exhibit "A", attached, should be
made to the Zoning Map based on the following findings:
1. The proposed P-0 and R-1 zoning would be compatible with
the existing land uses in the neighborhood.
2. The proposed prezoning will not be detrimental to the
health, safety, peace, morals, comfort or general welfare
of the persons residing or working in the neighborhood
of such zone change or be detrimental or injurious to
property and improvements in the neighborhood or the
general welfare of the City.
3. The proposed prezoning is consistent with the Land Use
Element.
The Planning Commission of the City of Campbell recommends that the
