BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL RECOMMENDING APPROVAL
OF A CHANGE TO THE ZONING MAP AS SHOWN IN EXHIBIT
"A" (APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL, ZC 78-18).
386, 400 and 420 UNION AVENUE.
After notification and public hearing as specified by law on proposed
amendments to the Zoning Map of the City of Campbell and after presentation
by the Planning Director, proponents, and opponents~,~ the Planning Commission
did determine that no change as shown in Exhibit A attached, should be
made to the Zoning Map based on the following findings:
1. The current zoning is consistent with the Land Use Element of
the General Plan which shows "High Density Residential" for
the subject property.
2. The current zoning is not detrimental to the health, safety,
peace, morals, comfort or general welfare of the persons
residing or working in the neighborhood and is not detrimental
or injurious to property and improvements in the neighborhood
or the general welfare of the City.
3. The current property owners desire that the current zoning
remain for the subject properties.
The Planning Commission of the City of Campbell recommends that the
City Council endorse the Commission's recommendation to reaffirm the
current zoning as shown on the attached exhibit.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of November, 1978, by the following
roll call vote:
