PC Res 1749RESOLUTION N0. 1749 PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF CAMPBELL, CALIFORNIA After notification and public hearing as specified by law on the application of Carlos and Maria Perfecto for approval of plans, eleva- tions, and development schedule to allow construction of two residential units on the rear of property known as 109 S. Fourth Street in a P-D (Planned Development/Medium Density Residential) Zoning District, as per the application filed in the office of the Planning Department on May }0, 1978, and after presentation by the Planning Director, proponents, and opponents, the hearing was closed; and WHEREAS, after due consideration of all the evidence presented, the Planning Commission did find as follows: 1. The proposed development had appeared on the Planning Commission agenda since June 6, 1978, in order that revised plans could be submitted. 2. Revised plans have not been received as of this date. 3. The proposed development is not in the best interest of the citizens of Campbell. BASED on these findings, the Planning Commission does hereby recommend that the City Council deny the application hereinabove requested.
