BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDING
AMENDMENTS TO THE OPEN SPACE ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN
(GP 78-14).
After notification and public hearing as specified by law on proposed
City initiated amendments to the Open Space Element of the General Plan, and
after presentation by the Planning Director, proponents and opponents, the
hearing was closed.
After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Planning
Commission does find as follows:
1. The proposed Open Space Element clarifies the position of the
City of Campbell with regard to Open Space.
2. The proposed changes are in the best interest of the City of
Campbell.
The Planning Commission does hereby adopt a Resolution recommending
that the City Council adopt the Resolution attached hereto as Exhibit "A"
making effective the proposed amendments.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of September 1978 by the following
roll call vote:
AYES: Commissioners: Campos, Dickson, Samuelson, Kasolas, Pack
NOES: Commissioners: None
