BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDING
AMENDMENTS TO THE LAND USE ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN FROM

After notification and public hearing as specified by law on proposed
City initiated amendments to the Land Resident alt fortaeportionl flproperty
from "Commercial" to "Medium Density ~~
located at the northwest corner of San Tomas AquinooRonentsdandaopponents,
and after presentation by the Planning Director, p p
the hearing was closed.
After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Planning
Commission does find as follows:
1. The proposed "Medium Density Residential" land use would be
compatible with the existing development.
2. The proposed changes are in the best interest of the city of
Campbell.
The Planning Commission does hereby adopt a Resolution recommending
that the City Council adopt the Ordinance attached hereto as Exhibit "A"
making effective the proposed amendments.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of September 1978 by the following
roll call vote:
