PC Res 1730RESOLUTION N0. 1730 BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF PLANS, ELEVATIONS, AND DEVELOPMENT SCHEDULE TO ALLOW REVISIONS TO PHASE II OF A PREVIOUSLY APPROVED TOWNHOUSE DEVELOPMENT LOCATED ON PROPERTY KNOWN AS 1871 AND 1961 POLLARD ROAD, AND 1536 AND 1560 MORE AVENUE (APPLICATION OF MESSRS. TOTAH, TAT E, AND LEE, PD 78-16). Plans, elevations and development schedule for revisions to Phase I1 of a previously approved townhouse development to be located on property known as 1871 and 1961 Pollard Road, and 1536 and 1560 More Avenue in a P-D (Planned Development/Low-Medium Density Residential) Zoning District have been presented for approval by Messrs. Totah, Tate, and Lee. After notification and public hearing as specified by law on said proposed amendments, as filed in the office of the Planning Department on August 9, 1978, and after presentation by the Planning Director, proponents, and opponents, the hearing was closed. After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Planning Commission did find as follows: That the establishment, maintenance, and operation of the proposed use will not be detrimental to the health, safety, peace, morals, comfort or general welfare of the persons residing or working in the neighborhood of such use, or detrimental or injurious to property and improvements in the neighborhood or the general welfare of the city. Based on the above findings, the Planning Commission did recommend approval of plans, elevations, and development schedule as presented and further recommends that the City Council enact the Ordinance attached hereto as Exhibit "A", adopting said plans, elevations, and development schedule for that portion of the above mentioned Planned Development Zone.
