BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDING
AMENDMENTS TO THE LAND USE ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN
FOR CERTAIN AREAS OF THE UNION AVENUE AREA OF THE COMMUNITY
(GP 78-11, UNION AVENUE AREA).
After notification and public hearing as specified by law on proposed
City initiated amendments to the Land Use Element of the General Plan for
certain areas of Union Avenue Area, and after presentation by the Planning
Director, proponents and opponents, the hearing was closed.
After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Planning
Commission does find as follows:
1. The proposed land uses as shown in Exhibit "A" of the
attached ordinance would be compatible with the existing
development.
2. The proposed changes are in the best interest of the city
of Campbell.
The Planning Commission does hereby adopt a resolution recommending
that the City Council adopt the ordinance attached hereto as Exhibit "A"
making effective the proposed amendments.

call vote:
