BEIIJG A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL RECOMMENDItJG APPROVAL OF PLANS,
ELEVATIONS, AND DEVELOPMENT SCHEDULE TO ALLOW CON-
STRUCTION OF TWO WAREHOUSE BUILDINGS ON PROPERTY
KNOWN AS 150 AND 164 GILMAN AVENUE IN A P-D (PLANNED
DEVELOPMENT/INDUSTRIAL) ZONING DISTRICT (APPLICATION
OF MR. E. L. EBERHARDT, PD 78-11).
Plans, elevations and development schedule for two warehouse buildings
to be located on property known as 150 and 164 Gilman Avenue in a P-D (Planned
Development/Industrial) Zoning District have been presented for approval by
Mr. E. L. Eberhardt.
After notification and public hearing as specified by law on said proposed
amendments, as filed in the office of the Planning Department on May 16, 1978,
and after presentation by the Planning Director, proponents, and opponents,
the hearing was closed.
After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Planning Commission
did find as follows:
That the establishment, maintenance, and operation of the
proposed use will not be detrimental to the health, safety,
peace, morals, comfort or general welfare of the persons
residing or working in the neighborhood of such use, or
detrimental or injurious to property and improvements in
the neighborhood or the general welfare of the City.
Based on the above findings, the Planning Commission did recommend
approval of plans, elevations, and development schedule as presented and
further recommends that the City Council enact the Ordinance attached hereto
as Exhibit "A", adopting said plans, elevations, and development schedule for
that portion of the above mentioned Planned Development Zone.

vote:
