JAMES AND FRANK MACKEY, PD 78-5).
Plans, elevations and development schedule for conversion of a
residential building into a restaurant to be located on property known as
106 E. Campbell Avenue in a P-D (Planned Development/Commercial) Zoning

After notification and public hearing as specified by law on said
proposed amendments, as filed in the office of the Planning Department on

detrimental or injurious to property and improvements in the
neighborhood or the general welfare of the City.
Based on the above findings, the Planning Commission did recommend
approval of plans, elevations, and development schedule as presented and
further recommends that the City Council enact the Ordinance attached
hereto as Exhibit "A", adopting said plans, elevations, and development
schedule for that portion of the above mentioned Planned Development Zone.
