PLANNING COMMISSION
CITY OF CAMPBELL, CALIFORNIA

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission meeting of April 4, 197
was the last meeting in which Oleg Lubeckis acted in the capacity
of Planning Commissioner for the City of Campbell; and
WHEREAS, Commissioner Lubeckis has been a member of the
Planning Commission since February 28, 1972, and has served
faithfully and impartially at regular and special meetings;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission
wishes to express its sincerest appreciation for the services
performed by Commissioner Lubeckis on behalf of the City of
Campbell and for the benefit of the Citizens of Campbell, and
to state that we, as a Commission, have been fortunate and are
very proud to have had the honor of serving with him.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of April 1978 by the follow-
ing roll call vote:
