BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF CAMPBELL SETTING THE DATE OF A PUBLIC
HEARING TO CONSIDER POSSIBLE AMENDMENTS TO THE LAND
USE ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN AND/OR ZONING MAP
OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL FOR THE SAN TOMAS, UNION
AVENUE, AND WHITEOAKS AREAS OF THE COMMUNITY.
The Planning Commission of the City of Campbell does hereby
set the hour of 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 16, 1978, in the Council
Chambers of the City Hall, 75 North Central Avenue, Campbell,
California as the time and place for public hearing to consider
possible amendments to the Land Use Element of the General Plan
and/or Zoning Map of the City of Campbell for the San Tomas, Union
Avenue, and Whiteoaks areas of the community.
The Planning Commission of the City of Campbell hereby authorizes
the Secretary of the Planning Commission to publish notice of hearing
on this matter, in the manner prescribed by law.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of April 1978, by the following
roll call vote:
