BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF CAMPBELL RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE
AMENDED CIRCULATION ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN
OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL (GP 78-9).
The City Council of the City of Campbell did by Resolution No. 1062,
adopted on the 9th day of January 1961, adopt a GENERAL PLAN for the
City of Campbell; and
Article 6, Chapter 3 of the Government Code of the State of California
sets forth the authority and procedure for adoption or amendment to a'
particular element of the General Plan; and
After public hearing held in the manner specified by law on
proposed amendments to the Circulation Element of the General Plan;
and
After oral presentation by the Planning Director, proponents,
and opponents, the hearing was closed.
The Planning Commission of the City of Campbell does hereby recommend
that the City Council adopt the Circulation Element Text and Map attached
hereto entitled City of Campbell General Plan Circulation Element.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of April 1978 by the. following
roll call vote:
