BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL SETTING THE DATE OF A PUBLIC HEARING
TO CONSIDER CHANGING THE ZONING FOR A PORTION OF
PROPERTY KNOWN A5 3675 S. BASCOM AVENUE FROM R-3-S
(MULTIPLE FAMILY/HIGH DENSITY RESIDENTIAL) TO P-D
(PLANNED DEVELOPMENT/HIGH DENSITY RESIDENTIAL) AND
ACCEPTANCE OF PLANS AND ELEVATIONS APPROVED UNDER
PROCEEDINGS KNOWN AS S 78-10.
The Planning Commission of the City of Campbell does fiereby
set the hour of 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 4, 1978, in the Council
Chambers of the City Hall, 75 North Central Avenue, Campbell, California
as the time and place fora public hearing to consider changing the zoning
for a portion of property known as 3675 S. Bascom Avenue from R-3-S (Multiple
Family/High Density Residential) to P-D (Planned Development/High Density
Residential) and acceptance of plans and elevations approved under proceedings
known as S 78-10.
The Planning Commission of the City of Campbell hereby authorizes
the Secretary of the Planning Commission to publish notice of hearing
on this matter, in the manner prescribed by law.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of March 1978 by the following
roll call vote:
