BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL APPROVING A USE PERMIT TO ALLOW A
DOG GROOMING SALON ON PROPERTY KNOWN AS 290 WEST
HAMILTON AVENUE IN A P-0 (PROFESSIONAL OFFICE) ZONING
DISTRICT (APPLICATION OF CARROLE PHILLIPS, UP 78-3).
After notification and public hearing as specified by law on said
proposed use permit, as filed in the office of the Planning Department
on February 10, 1978, and after presentation by the Planning Director,
proponents, and opponents, the hearing was closed.
After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Planning
Commission did find as follows:
1. That the establishment, maintenance, and operation of
the proposed use will not be detrimental to the health,
safety, peace, morals, comfort or general welfare of the
persons residing or working in the neighborhood of such
use, or detrimental or injurious to property and improve-
ments in the neighborhood or the general welfare of the City.
2. That this use permit shall be subject to the following
conditions:
A. Use permit to be considered for renewal on or before -
March 17, 1979 by the Planning Commission.
6. Hours of operation to be limited to: 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
C. There shalt be no overnight boarding.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of March 1978 by the following roll
call vote:
