BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION REC-
OMMENDING AMENDMENTS TO THE LAND USE ELEMENT OF THE
GENERAL PLAN FROM LOIJ-MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL
LAND USE TO MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL LAND USE FOR
PROPERTY FORMERLY KNOWN AS 806,820 AND 825 S. SAfJ
TOMAS AQUINO ROAD AtJD 1192 HAZEL AVENUE. (GP 78-6)
After notification and public hearing as specified by law on proposed
City initiated amendments to the Land Use Element of the General Plan from
"Low-Medium Density Residential" to "Medium Density Residential" for property
formerly known as 806,820 and 825 S. San Tomas Aquino Road and 1192 Hazel
Avenue, Campbell, and after presentation by the Planning Director, proponents
and opponents, the hearing was closed.
After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Planning Comm-
ission does find as follows:
1. The proposed Medium Density Residential land use would be compatible
with the exisiting development.
2. The proposed change is in the best interest of the
City of Campbell.
The Planning Commission does hereby adopt a Resolution recommending
that the City Council adopt the Ordinance attached hereto as Exhibit "A"
making effective the proposed amendment.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of January, 1978 by the following
roll call vote:
