PLANNING COMMISSION
CITY OF CAMPBELL, CALIFORNIA
After notification and public hearing as specified by law on
proposed City initiated amendments to the Land Use Element of the
General Plan for properties fronting on Apricot Avenue, and after
presentation by the Planning Director, proponents and opponents,
the hearing was closed. (GP 78-5)
After due consideration of all the evidence presented, the
Planning Commission did find as follows:
1. The proposed Land Use change would not aid in the
harmonious development of the immediate area.
2. The proposed Land Use change is not in the best interest
of the City of Campbell.
Based upon this finding, the Planning Commission does hereby deny,
and remove from the agenda, the above application.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of January 1978, by the following
roll call vote:
AYES: Commissioners: Hebard, Dickson, Samuelson Vierhus
NOES: Commissioners: Chairman Pack
ABSENT: Commissioners: Campos, Lubeckis
