PC Res 1664RESOLUTION N0. 1664 BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION REC- OMMENDING AMENDMENTS TO THE LAND USE ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN FROM LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL LAND USE TO COt1MERCIAL LAND USE FOR PROPERTY FORMERLY KNOWN AS 1047 RIDGELEY DRIVE. (GP 78-4) After notification and public hearing as specified by law on proposed City initiated amendments to the Land Use Element of the General Plan from "Low Density Residential" to "Commercial" for property formerly known as 1047 Ridgeley Drive, Campbell, and after presentation by the Planning Director, proponents and opponents, the hearing was closed. After due consideration of all evidence presented the Planning Commission does find as follows: 1. The proposed Commercial land use would be compatible with the existing development. 2. The proposed change is in the best interest of the City of Campbell. The Planning Commission does hereby adopt a Resolution recommending that the City Council adopt the Ordinance attached hereto as Exhibit "A" making effective the proposed amendment.
