PLANNING COMMISSION
CITY OF CAMPBELL, CALIFORNIA
After notification and public hearing as specified by law on
proposed City initiated amendments to the Land Use Element of the
General Plan for the area currently indicated as "Proposed West
Valley Freeway" between Hacienda Avenue and Van Dusen Lane, and
after presentation by the Planning Director, proponents and
opponents, the hearing was closed (GP 78-2).
After due consideration of all the evidence presented, the
Planning Commission did find as follows:
The proposed Land Use change is not in the best interest
of the City of Campbell.
Based upon this finding, the Planning Commission does hereby
deny, and remove from the agenda, the above application.
PASSED ANO ADOPTED this 17th day of January 1878, by the
following roll call vote:
AYES: Commissioners: Hebard, Dickson, Samuelson, Vierhus, Pack
NOES: Commissioners: None
ABSENT: Commissioners: Campos, Lubeckis
