PC Res 1662RESOLUTION N0. 1662 BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF PLANS, ELEVA- TIONS, AND DEVELOPMENT SCHEDULE TO ALLOW CONSTRUCTION OF A RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT ON PROPERTY KNOWN AS 1871 AND 1961 POLLARD ROAD, AND 1536 AND 1560 MORE AVENUE (APPLICATION OF MESSRS. JOHN TOTAH, RON TATE, AND HOWARD LEE, GP 78-1). Plans, elevations, and development schedule fora residential development to be located on property known as 1871 and 1961 Pollard Road, and 1536 and 1560 More Avenue in a Planned Development Zoning District have been presented for approval by Messrs. John Totah, Ron Tate, and Howard Lee. After notification and public hearing as specified by law on said proposed amendments, as filed in the office of the Planning Department on December 23, 1977 and after presentation by the Planning Director, proponents, and opponents, the hearing was closed. After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Planning Commission did find as follows: 1. That the establishment, maintenance, and operation of the proposed use will not be detrimental or injurious to property and improvements in the neighborhood or the general welfare of the City. 2. The proposed development is consistent with the General Plan of the City of Campbell. Based on the above findings, the Planning Commission did recommend approval of the plans, elevations, and development schedule as presented and further recommends that the City Council adopt the Ordinance attached hereto approving the attached Exhibit "A" entitled "Plans and Elevations," Exhibit "B" entitled "Development Schedule," and Exhibit "C" entitled "Conditions of Approval" for that portion of the above mentioned Planned Development Zone.
