PC Res 1661RESOLUTION N0. 1661 BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL RECOMMENDING AN AMENDMENT TO THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL FROM R-M (MULTIPLE FAMILY) TO P-D (PLANNED DEVELOPMENT) FOR PROPERTIES KNOWN AS 1536 and 1560 MORE AVENUE, GP 78-1. After notification and public hearing as specified by law on the proposed amendment to the Zoning Map of the City of Campbell from R-M to P-D for property known as 1536 and 1560 More Avenue, pursuant to the application of Messrs. John Totah, Ron Tate and Howard Lee, filed in the office of the Planning Department o n December 23, 1977 and after presentation by the Planning Director, proponents, and opponents the hearing was closed. After due consideration of all the evidence presented, the Planning Commission does find as follows: 1. The proposed amendment is consistent with the Land Use Element of the General Plan. 2. The proposed amendment will not be harmful or detrimental to the surrounding properties and is in the best interest of the City of Campbell. The Planning Commission does hereby adopt a Resolution recommending that the City Council adopt the Ordinance attached hereto as Exhibit "A" making effective the proposed amendment.
