PC Res 1660RESOLUTION N0. 1660 BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CAPIPBELL RECOMMENDING AN AMENDMENT TO THE LAND USE ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN FROM COMMERCIAL LAND USE TO LOW ~1EDIUM LAND USE FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1871 and 1961 POLLARD ROAD, (APPLICATION OF MESSRS. JOHN TOTAH, RON TATE, AND HOWARD LEE, GP 78-1). After notification and public hearing as specified by law on the proposed amendment to the Land Use Element of the General Plan from Commercial to Low-Medium Land Use for property known as 1871 and 1961 Pollard Road as per the application of Messrs. John Totah, Ron Tate, and Howard Lee, filed in the office of the Planning Department on December 23, 1978 and after presentation by the Planning Director, proponents and opponents, the hearing was closed. After due consideration of all the evidence presented, the Planning Commission does find as follows: 1. That the proposed change in the Land Use Element of the General Plan would be compatible with the Land Use in the surrounding area. The Planning Commission does hereby adopt a Resolution recommending that the City Council adopt the Ordinance attached hereto as Exhibit "A" making effective the proposed amendment.
