PC Res 1650RESOLUTION N0. 1650 PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF CAMPBELL, CALIFORNIA Being a Resolution of the Planning Commission of the City of Campbell recommending approval of plans, elevations, and development schedule to allow construction of six townhouse apartment units and an owner's unit on property known as 540 W. Campbell Avenue in a P-D (Planned Development/ Medium Density Residential) Zoning District (application of Mr. Jack Paulson). Plans, elevations and development schedule for six townhouse apartment units and an owner's unit to be located on property known as 540 W. Campbell Avenue in a P-D (Planned Development/Medium Density Residential) Zoning District have been presented for approval by Mr. Jack Paulson. After notification and public hearing as specified by law on said proposed amendments, as filed in the office of the Planning Department on October 11, 1977 and after presentation by the Planning Director, proponents and opponents, the hearing was closed. After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Planning Commission did find as follows: 1. That the establishment, maintenance, and operation of the _ proposed use will not be detrimental to the health, safety, peace, morals, comfort or general welfare of the persons residing or working in the neighborhood of such use, or detrimental or injurious to property and improvements in the neighborhood or the general welfare of the City. 2. That the proposed development is consistent with the General Plan of the City of Campbell. Based on the above findings, the Planning Commission did recommend. approval of the requested plans, elevations, and development schedule as presented and further recommends that the City Council enact the Ordinance attached hereto as Exhibit "A", adopting said plans, elevations, and development schedule for that portion of the above mentioned Planned Development Zone.
