PLANNING COMMISSION
CITY OF CAMPBELL, CALIFORNIA
Being a Resolution of the Planning Commission of the City of
Gampbell recommending prezoning of properties proposed to be annexed
to the City of Campbell under proceedings known as ZC 77-15, McGlincey
77-6, for P-D (Planned Development) Zoning (High Density Residential).
Whereas notification has been given and public hearing has been
held in the manner specified by law on the prezoning of property being
annexed to the City of Campbell under proceedings known as ZC 77-15,
McGlincey 77-6 for P-D (High Density Residential) Zoning. Said properties
indicated on the attached map.
After presentation by the Planning Director, proponents, and opponents,
the hearing was closed.
After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Planning
Commission did find as follows:
1. That the zoning of the aforementioned properties is in
conformance with the Land Use Element of .the General
Plan of the City of Campbell.
2. The P-D Zoning would be more suitable due to the irregular
shape of the area proposed for annexation.
The Planning Commission hereby recommends that the Citx Council
adopt the Ordinance attached hereto as "Exhibit A" making effective this
proposed zoning upon final annexation of the properties involved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of November, 1977 by the following
roll call vote:
AYES: Commissioners: Hebard, Campos, Vierhus, Pack, Samuelson,
Lubeckis, Dickson
NOES: Commissioners: None
ABSENT: Commissioners: None
