PC Res 1640RESOLUTION N0. 1640 PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF CAMPBELL, CALIFORNIA Being a Resolution of the Planning Commission of the City of Campbell recommending approval of plans, elevations, and development schedule to allow construction of a 57-unit,single-family patio home style subdivision on property known as 601 El Patio Drive (Application of Mr. Paul W. Bosholm). Plans, elevations and development schedule fora 57-unit,single-family patio home style subdivision to be located on property know as 601 E1 Patio Drive in a P-D (Planned Development) Zoning District have been presented for approval by Mr. Paul W. Bosholm. After notification and public hearing as specified by law on said proposed amendments, as filed in the office of the Planning Department on August 15, 1977, and after presentation by the Planning Director, proponents and opponents, the hearing was closed. After due consideration of alt evidence presented, the Planning Commission did find as follows: 1. That the establishment, maintenance, and operation of the proposed use will not be detrimental to the health, safety, peace, morals, comfort or general welfare of the persons residing or working in the neighborhood of such use, or detrimental or injurious to property and improvements in the neighborhood or the general welfare of the City. 2. That the proposed development is consistent with the General Plan of the City of Campbell. Based on the above findings, the Planning Commission did recommend approval of the plans, elevations, and development schedule as presented and further recommends that the City Council enact the Ordinance attached hereto as Exhibit "A", adopting said plans, elevations, and development _ schedule for that portion of the above mentioned Planned Development Zone.
