BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CAMPBELL RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF PLANS, ELEVATIONS, AND
DEVELOPMENT SCHEDULE TO ALLOW CONSTRUCTION OF SIX TOWNHOUSES
AND TWO CONDOMINIUMS ON PROPERTY KNOWN AS 507 W. RINCON AVENUE
(Application of Mr.lra Ellison).
Plans, elevations and development schedule for six townhouses and
two condominiums to be located on property known as 507 West Rincon Avenue
in a Planned Development Zoning District have been presented for approval
by Mr. Ira Ellison.
After notification and public hearing as specified by law an said proposed
amendments, as filed in the office of the Planning Department on September 2, 1977,
and after presentation by the Planning Director, proponents and opponents, the
hearing was closed.
After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Planning Commission
did find as follows:
1. That the establishment, maintenance, and operation of the proposed
use will not be detrimental to the health, safety, peace, morals,
comfort or general welfare of the persons residing or working in
the neighborhood of such use, or detrimental or injurious to property
and improvements in the neighborhood or the general welfare of the
City.
2. That the proposed development is consistent with the General Plan
of the City of Campbell.
Based on the above findings, the Planning Commission did recommend approval
of the plans, elevations, and development schedule as presented and further
recommends that the City Council enact the Ordinance attached hereto as Exhibit "A",
adopting said plans, elevations, and development schedule for that portion of the
above mentioned Planned Development Zone.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of September by the following roll call
vote:
AYES: Commissioners: Hebard, Vierhus, Campos, Lubeckis, Dickson.
NOES: Commissioner Samuelson.
ABSENT:Commissioner Pack
