RESOLUTION N0. 1631
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL RECOMMENDING PREZONING OF PROPERTIES
PROPOSED TO BE ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF CAMPBELL UNDER
PROCEEDINGS KNOWN AS WHITE OAKS 77-4 AS R-3-S (HIGH
DENSITY RESIDENTIAL) ZONING. SAID PROPERTIES KNOWN AS
3545, 3555, 3595, 3645, AND 3675 SOUTH BASCOM AVENUE).
Whereas notification has been given and public hearing has been
held in the manner specified by the law on the prezoning of property being
annexed to the City of Campbell under proceedings known as White Oaks 77-4
as R-3-S Zoning. Said properties indicated on the attached map.
After presentation by the Planning Director, proponents, and opponents,

After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Planning
Commission did find as follows:
1. That the zoning of the aforementioned properties is in
conformance with the Land Use Element of the General Plan
of the City of Campbell.
The Planning Commission hereby recommends that the City Council adopt
the Ordinance attached hereto as "Exhibit A" making effective this proposed
zoning upon final annexation of the properties involved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of August, 1977, by the following
roll call vote:
AYES: Commissioners: Hebard, Campos, Vierhus, Samuelson, Lubeckis,
Dickson
NOES: Commissioner Pack
ABSENT: Commissioner None
