RESOLUTION N0. 1625
V
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF PLANS AND
ELEVATIONS TO ALLOW CONSTRUCTION OF TOWNHOUSES IN LIEU
OF APARTMENTS ON PROPERTY KNOWN AS 216 WEST RINCON AVENUE.
(Application of D. E. Bothwell and A. Traina).
- Plans and elevations for townhouses in lieu of apartments on property
known as 216 West Rincon Avenue in a proposed Planned Development Zoning
District have been presented for approval by Donald E. Bothwell and Anthony
Traina.
After notification and public hearing as specified by law on said
proposed amendments, as filed in the office of the Planning Director
on June 27, 1977, and after presentation by the Planning Director,
proponents, and opponents, the hearing was closed.
After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Planning
Commission did find as follows:
1. That the establishment, maintenance, and operation of the
proposed use will not be detrimental or injurious to property
and improvements in the neighborhood or the general welfare of the
City.
Based on the above findings, the Planning Commission did recommend
approval of the plans and elevations as presented and further recommends
that the City Council enact the Ordinance attached hereto as "Exhibit A"
adopting said plans and elevations for that portion of the above mentioned
proposed Planned Development Zone.
