RESOLUTION N0. 1624
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A CHANGE TO
THE ZONING MAP AS SHOWN IN EXHIBIT "A". (Application
of Mr. Donald E. Bothwell and Mr. Anthony Traina).
After notification and public hearing as specified by law on proposed
_ amendments to the Zoning Map of the City of Campbell and after presentation
by the Planning Director, proponents, and opponents, the Planning Commission
.did determine that the change as shown in Exhibit "A," attached, should be
made to the Zoning Map based on the following findings:
1. The proposed zone change would allow the construction of
townhouses in lieu of apartments on property known as
202 and 216 West Rincon Avenue.
2. The proposed zone change will not be detrimental to the
health, safety, peace, morals, comfort or general welfare
of the persons residing or working in the neighborhood
of such zone change or be detrimental or injurious to property
and improvements in the neighborhood or the general welfare
of the City.
The Planning Commission of the City of Campbell recommends that the
City Council enact an .Ordinance making effective the recommended changes
to the Zoning Map.

call vote:
