BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF CAMPBELL RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF PLANS, ELEVATIONS,
AND DEVELOPMENT SCHEDULE TO ALLOW CONSTRUCTION OF A 100-UNIT
MOTEL COMPLEX ON PROPERTY KNOWN AS 675 EAST CAMPBELL AVENUE.

Plans, elevations, and development schedule for a 100-unit motel complex
to be located on property known as 675 East Campbell Avenue in a Planned
Development Zoning District have been presented for approval by Marvin A.
Bamburg, A.I.A.
After notification and public hearing as specified by law on said
proposed amendments, as filed in the office of the Planning Department on
June 14, 1977, and after presentation by the Planning Director, proponents,
and opponents, the hearing was closed.
After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Planning
commission did find as follows:
1. That the establishment, maintenance, and operation of the
proposed use will not be detrimental or injurious to property
and improvements in the neighborhood or the general welfare
of the City.
Based on the above findings, the Planning Commission did recommend approval
of the plans, elevations, and development schedule as presented and further
recommends that the City Council adopt the Ordinance attached hereto as
Exhibit "A", adopting said plans, elevations, and development schedule for
that portion of the above mentioned Planned Development Zone.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of July, 1977, by the following
roll call vote:
AYES: Commissioners: Hebard, Campos, Vierhus, Pack, Samuelson, Dickson
