PC Res 1613RESOLUTION N0. 1613 BEING A RESOLUTION OF THIS PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE" CITY OF CAMPBELL RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF PLANS, ELEVATIONS, AND DEVELOPMENT SCHEDULE TO ALLOW EXPANSION OF THS EXISTING INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT ON PROPERTY KNOWN AS 139 and 145 Dillon Avenue (application of. Charles T. Marotta and the Marotta Construction Company. Plans, elevations and development schedule for an expansion of the existing industrial development located on property known as 139 and 145 Dillon Ave. in a Planned Development Zoning District have been presented for approval by Mr. Charles T. Marotta and Marotta Construction Company. After notification and public hearing on specified by law on said proposed amendmnts, as filed in the office of the Planning Department on May 11, 1977 and after presentation by the Planning Director, proponents and opponents, the hearing was closed. After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Planning Commission did find as follows: That the establishment, maintenance, and operation use will not be detrimental to the health, safety, comfort or general welfare of the persons residing in the neighborhood of such use, or detrimental or to property and improvements in the neighborhood o welfare of the City. of the proposed peace, morals, or working injurious r the general Based on the above findings, the Planning Commission did recommend approval of the plans, elevations, and development schedule as presented and further recommends that the City Council enact the Ordinance attached hereto as Exhibit "A", adopting said plans, elevations, and development schedule for that portion of the above mentioned Planned Development Zone.
