PC Res 1602 RESOLUTION N0. 1602 PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF CAMPBELL, CALIFORNIA After notification and public hearing as specified by law on the application of Mr. Carl A. Maggio for approval of plans, elevations, and development schedule to allow the addition of a duplex to an ex-fisting two-unit development located on property known as 129 East Rincon Avenue in a P-D (Planned Development/Medium Density Residential) Zoning District, as per application filed in the office of the Planning Department on March 28, 1977, and after presentation by the Planning Director, proponents, and opponents, the hearing was closed. After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Commission did find as follows: 1. Based upon these findings, the Planning Commission does hereby recommend that the City Council adopt an ordinance denying the application as herein- above requested. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of May, 1977, by the following roll call vote: AYES: Commissioners: Campos, Pack, Samuelson, Lubeckis, Dickson NOES: Commissioners: None ABSENT: Commissioners: Hebard, Vierhus APPROVED: J.
