PC Res 1599RESOLUTION N0. 1599 BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL RECOMMENDING ZONE CHANGE FROM R-M (LOW-MEDIUM DENSITY RESIN NTIAL) TO P-D (PLANNED DEVELOPMENT/ LOW-MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL), INCLUDING PLANS, ELEVATIONS AND DEVELOPMENT SCHEDULE FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 650 WEST SUNNYOAKS AVENUE. (APPLICATION OF MR. LOWELL GRATTAN). After notfication and public hearing as specified by law on the application of Mr. Lowell Grattan for zone change from R-M (Low-Medium Density Residential) to P-D (Planned Development/Low-Medium Density Residential), including plans, elevations, and development schedule, for property located at 650 West Sunnyoaks Avenue, as per the application filed in the office of the Planning Department, 75 North Central Avenue, Campbell, California, on March 28, 1977, and after presentation by the Planning Director, proponents, and opponents, the hearing was closed. After due consideration of all the evidence presented, the Planning Commission did find as follows: 1.
