PLANNING COMMISSION
CITY OF CAMPBELL, CALIFORNIA
Being a resolution of the Planning Commission of the City of
Campbell adopting a revised checklist which shall be used in the
preparation of applications for Site and Architectural Approval.
After review of the proposed revised checklist for applications
requiring architectural approval the Planning Commission does find
as follows:
1. The City Council of tfre City of Campbell did, on the 2nd
day of November, 1953, adopt a Zoning Ordinance for the
City of Campbell.
2. Section 21.42.030 (2) of the Zoning Ordinance states that the
Planning Commission small prescribe the form of application
and data to be filed with the application for site and
architectural approval.
3. The proposed checklist will assist applicants in the
preparation of a more complete application.
The Planning Commission does, therefore, adopt this resolution
accepting the revised checklist attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and make
it a required part of any application requiring site and architectural
approval.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of April, 1977, by the following
roll call vote:
