PC Res 1592RESOLUTION N0. 1592 BEING A RESOLUTION OF TFIE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CAMPLELL RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF PLANS, ELEVATIONS, AND DEVELOPMENT SCHEDULE TO ALLOW CONSTRUCTION OF 24 TOWNHOUSES ON PROPERTY KNOWN AS 450 UNION AVENUE IN A P-D (PLANNED DEVELOPMENT/HIGH DENSITY RESIDENTIAL) ZONING DISTRICT. (Application of Richard B. Millen). The City Council of the City of Campbell, by Ordinance No. 912, adopted on the 11th day of September, 1973, established a Planned Development Zone on property located at 450 Union Avenue, and plans, elevations, and development schedule have been presented to allow construction of 24 townhouses on subject property. After notification and public hearing as specified by law on said proposed amendments, as filed in the office of the Planning Department on February 22, 1977, and after presentation by the Planning Director, proponents, and opponents, the hearing was closed. After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Planning Commission did find as follows: 1. That the establishment, maintenance, and operation of the proposed use will not be detrimental to the health, safety, peace, morals, comfort or general welfare of the persons residing or tivorkir~g in the neighborhood of such use, or be detrimental or injurious to property and improvements in the neighborhood or the general welfare of the City. Based on the above findings, the Planning Commission did recommend approval of the plans, elevations, and development schedule as presented and further recommends that the City Council enact the Ordinance attached hereto as Exhibit "A", adopting said plans, elevations, and development schedule for that portion of the above mentioned Planned Development Zone.
